refund policy

At Icons Management, our mission is to empower creatives, artists, and entrepreneurs through strategic branding, business development, and high-quality content services—including music video production, digital planning, and custom packages tailored to your goals.

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our services. However, if for any reason you do not receive the services within the agreed-upon time frame of your plan, you may be eligible for a refund.


Eligibility for Refunds:
   •    Clients may request a refund only if the approved services are not delivered within the designated time period of their chosen plan or package.
   •    A refund request can only be submitted after the end of the service period outlined in the plan (e.g., 30, 45, or 60 days depending on the selected package).
   •    If 60 days have passed since the approval and you have not received any of the promised services, you are eligible to apply for a full refund.


Important Notes:
   •    Refund requests made before the completion of the service period will not be accepted.
   •    To initiate a refund request, please email
iconmgmtllc@gmail.com with your order number, service plan details, and a description of the issue.
   •    Once your request is received, we will investigate and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
   •    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.


Exceptions:

Refunds are not applicable if:
   •    The service delivery was delayed due to a lack of response or cooperation from the client.
   •    The service was partially delivered and the delay was communicated and agreed upon.
